Process to appear in IGNOU Term End Examination (TEE) and Submission of TEE and Re-Registration Form

IGNOU organizes two Term End Examination (TEE) during a calendar year. First Term End Exam in the month of June and second Term End Exam in the month of December.  

Lets understand the complete process for appearing in the term end exam of IGNOU.

Checklist for appearing in the examination of IGNOU's Term End Examination :-

1. Submission of Assignments to study center: Download the assignment question from IGNOU's website and prepare the assignment. Check these assignment help and tips for getting a good grade in Assignment.
2. Submission of the Term End Examination form: You can submit the Exam Form either by Offline or Online Mode. In case on online mode just visit Examination Form, fill your details, select the papers and pay online. In case of Offline mode, Examination form must be submitted to the Regional Centre under which your choosen exam centre falls. [Download List of centre]
3. Check Date Sheet for Term End Exam: Datesheet can be downloaded from IGNOU's official website.
4. Download HALL TICKET for Term End Exam.
5. Appear in Exam (carry Hall Ticket and original Identity Card of IGNOU).

Important Dates for TEE :

Submission of term end examination forms for January Session (TEE June) :-

Up to 31st March - without late fee.
Up to 30th April - with Rs 300/- late fee
Up to 15th May - with Rs 500/- late fee
Up to 28th May - with Rs 1000/- late fee

Submission of term end examination forms for July Session (TEE December) :-

Up to 30th September - without late fee.
Up to 20th October - with Rs 300/- late fee
Up to 15th Nov - with Rs 500/- late fee
Up to 28th Nov - with Rs 1000/- late fee

You are required to pay examination fee @ 120/-per course for theory as well as practical [Demand Draft in favour of IGNOU payable at City of Regional Centre under which your exam centre falls].

Mode for Submission of TEE :

1. Offline Mode: IGNOU Term End Exam Form can be submitted Offline by Downloading Offline Examination Form for TEE and Examination form along with DD must be submitted to the Regional Centre under which your choosen exam centre falls. See List of centre
2. Online Mode:   IGNOU Term End Exam Form can be filled through Online Mode, Go to Fill Online Examination Form for TEE for submission of Exam form. Through Online mode you can submit the form even if you have not submitted the required assignment. But remember, after submission of online form, ensure submission of Assignment to Study Center and keep the receiving, in case any problem accrued while getting the Hall Ticket.

Permission for appearing in the examination is provisional and is subject to the following conditions :-

1. Your registration for these courses is valid and not time barred; 
2. You have submitted the required number of assignments in the courses by due date wherever applicable; 
3. You have completed the minimum time to pursue these courses as per the provision of your programme; 
4. You have paid the examination fee for all the courses you are appearing in the examination; 

Schedule for submission of IGNOU MBA Re-registration Forms is as under :

Submission of Re-registration form for July Session (TEE December of Current Year) :-

Up to 31st March - without late fee.
Up to 30th April - with Rs 300/- late fee
Up to 31st May - with Rs 500/- late fee
Up to 20th June - with Rs 1000/- late fee

Submission of Re-registration form for January Session (TEE June of Next Year) :-

Up to 30th September - without late fee.
Up to 31st October - with Rs 200/- late fee
Up to 30th November - with Rs 500/- late fee
Up to 20th December - with Rs 1000/- late fee
